Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?

Can I change an order after it is placed?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Please contact email@example.com if you need to modify your order.
Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

If an item that I purchased goes on sale, do I get a price adjustment?
We always try to offer best price and the sales duration is limited. We do not offer price adjustments.
Why do I have to create an account to place an online order?
By creating an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders, create wish lists at convenient and reap other great heymint.com benefits. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can always monitor the tracking on your account page or the service provider’s tracking page.
How is sales tax calculated?
The sales tax is calculated based on the location of the "Ship To" address.
